Her artistic journey has been one of self discovery, learning to embrace her voice and the individuality it brings to her music.

The eclectic music scene of Philadelphia provided a soulful foundation, while the high energy pulse of New York City offered endless collaboration opportunities that expanded her creative palette. Distinctively, she fuses her jazz training with modern pop production, crafting a sound that is refined yet refreshing. In her early career, Slay Raché performed under the pseudonym Juliette Shipp, exploring the jazz world and developing her stage confidence. More recently, she has stepped boldly into the pop spotlight, preparing to release several singles and develop a live show concept. Beyond music, Raché's life has been just as colorful, from competing in the Ms. New York Pageant 2019 to surviving a shark bite at only nine years old while visiting Florida.
